Sandplay Therapy, also sometimes referred to as “sandtray play therapy” or just simply “sandtray,” is a way to explore and deepen your relationship with the world, yourself and other people around you. We offer individual therapy services for adults, adolescents and children as young as two years old, as well as family therapy and parent-infant work. Therapy services typically involve a mix of traditional talk therapy and play or sand play therapies, as appropriate for each client.
